RATES:

LOW SEASON RATES: Oct 1st-April 30th
$1200 Canadian dollars per week,
$225 Canadian dollars per day (Sunday - Thursday), minimum 4 nights, $300 Canadian dollars per day (Friday - Saturday), minimum 4 nights.

HIGH SEASON RATES: May 1st-September 30th
$1600 Canadian dollars per week, 
$250 Canadian dollars per day (Sunday - Thursday), minimum 4 nights, $350 Canadian dollars per day (Friday - Saturday), minimum 4 nights.

      Cancellation Policy

The deposit is fully refundable (less $25 administration fee) if more than 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations may be converted to another date in the off-season within one year, depending on availability. The balance of the payment is due in full and is non-refundable 31 days prior to arrival.
